SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Members of Congress are pouring over the 2,000 pages of the $1.1 trillion dollar funding bill that leaders unveiled yesterday.
Senator Mike Rounds says he’s not sure how he’s going vote on cloture, the procedure for taking up the measure.
Rounds says parts of the federal government are broken even worse than he thought they were when he first got to Washington D.C. He says the appropriations process is in the catagory of being the worst but he says it's fixable.
The House is expected to vote on the spending bill tomorrow with a vote in the Senate on Friday.
