SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - The Minnehaha County Coroner has ruled the death of 50-year-old Nancy Flack as accidental due to toxic levels of methamphetamine and a prescription drug.

Officer Sam Clemens says the investigation is complete.  He says the coroner was waiting for the toxicology reports, when they came back he went through them again and that's what he ruled.

Clemens says the prescription drug was seroquel, an antipsychotic used to treat bipolar disorder.

Flack was found dead by her boyfriend in a downtown apartment late last month.

Meanwhile....Sioux Falls police identify the man who jumped out of the second floor window of the Hilton Garden downtown early Wednesday morning as 29-year-old Skye Burnham-Endicott.

Officer Sam Clemens says he broke a motel window to get in, pulled a fire alarm, trashed a room causing thousands in damages, broke another window and jumped out.

Clemens says he'll face charges of burglary, felony intentional damage to property, resisting arrest and making a false report.

Clemens couldn't say what Burnham-Endicott's motive was.
