Sioux Falls, SD (KELO-AM) A convicted rapist out on parole has been charged with the rape and murder of Kari Kirkegaard, found dead in her central Sioux Falls home March 16th.
Sioux Falls Police Lt. Matt Burns says they have DNA evidence linking 40-year-old Christopher Dean Kryger to the killing, the city's first homicide of the year.
