Officer Sam Clemens says police were on an unrelated call when they caught a whiff of raw marijuana.
26-year-old Nicholas McIlroy and 24-year-old Sarah Ann Taylor are charged with felony possession and distribution of marijuana and a controlled substance.
Clemens says police seized nine marijuana plants and a trace amount of cocaine.
